The ISFP-6(11) organizing committee informs that each participant of the conference has a possibility to publish a paper in special issues of the journals �Ferroelectrics� and (or) �Izvestia RAN, Ser.Fiz.�.

1. All manuscripts should be submitted in Organizing Committee at registration of participants up to 23. 09. 09. Manuscripts submitted after 23. 09. 09 will not be accepted for publication.
2. The following conditions should be executed for publication of papers in journal �Ferroelectrics�:
2.1. The contributions meet the scientific and academic standards of the journal and meet the other conditions of the journal such as reference system, abstracts, keywords, and figure and table captions as specified in the journal's current Instructions for Authors.
2.2. The language of the publication will be English, and the paper will be linguistically correct.
2.3. The author will submit finalized manuscript electronically with an accompanying hard copy and all illustrations at the first day of the meeting. Specific instructions can be found in the journal�s current Instructions for Authors, which are available online (http://www.tandf.co.uk/journals/authors/gferauth.asp).
2.4. No paper will be published without an accompanying transfer of copyright form. An electronic version of the form can be found here.
2.5. The Publisher (Taylor & Francis group) agrees to provide perpetual online access of the complete proceedings to each registered participant at the meeting. Since the principal authors, as meeting participants, will receive the perpetual online access to the proceedings, which will provide the opportunity to download a PDF of their articles, additional complimentary reprints will not be made available. If any of the participants wish to purchase hard copies in bulk, the publisher agrees to provide these extra copies at a special price if notified in advance of publication.
3. The following conditions should be executed for publication of papers in journal �Izvestia RAN, Ser.Fiz.�:
3.1. The contributions meet the scientific and academic standards of the journal �Izvestia RAN, Ser.Fiz.� and meet the other conditions of the journal such as reference system, abstracts and figure and table captions as specified in the journal's current Instructions for Authors (Instructions for Authors).
3.2. The language of the publication will be Russian or English and the paper will be linguistically correct.
3,3. The author will submit finalized manuscript electronically with an accompanying hard copy and all illustrations at the first day of the meeting.
